Yes — upon confirming your registration, our team will issue a formal invoice. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. BioShield 2026 takes place at a premier central London venue. The specific address will be confirmed and shared with all registered delegates and sponsors approximately 8 weeks before the event. Preferred hotel rates at nearby accommodation will also be provided. The venue is accessible by underground, mainline rail, and all major London airports.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 30 days, your registration may be transferred to a colleague at no additional charge, or credited to a future edition of BioShield. Please contact akshita@convolign.com for the full terms and conditions.
