    Registration questions

    All passes include full access to both conference days across 9–10 September 2026, covering the infection prevention programme (Day 1) and the sterilization and decontamination programme (Day 2). Passes also include all networking sessions, lunches, and refreshment breaks. A CPD certificate of attendance is provided on request.
    Yes — upon confirming your registration, our team will issue a formal invoice within 24 hours. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. Purchase order (PO) based invoicing is available for NHS Trusts and corporate registrations on request. Contact sharon@convolign.com to discuss your requirements.
    BioShield 2026 takes place at a premier central London venue. The specific address will be shared with all registered delegates approximately 8 weeks before the event. The venue is accessible by underground, mainline rail, and all major London airports. Preferred hotel rates at nearby accommodation will also be provided.
    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Within 30 days, your registration may be transferred to a colleague at no additional charge, or credited to a future edition of BioShield. Please contact sharon@convolign.com for full terms and conditions.
    Yes — groups of 3 or more delegates from the same organisation qualify for the Group Pass rate of £649 per person (compared to £795 Standard or £995 Premium). A single group invoice can be issued. For bookings of 5 or more, please contact sharon@convolign.com directly for a custom quote.
